Which cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and most UK/EU debit cards. Some prepaid cards may be excluded.

Is my payment secure?

We use PCI-DSS compliant providers and 3-D Secure where available. Your card data is tokenised and never stored on our servers.

Can I use more than one payment method?

You can combine gift cards/store credit with another method. Split tenders across two cards are not supported.

How do refunds work with instalments?

Refunds go through the original provider (e.g., Klarna/PayPal) and your schedule is adjusted automatically.
