Environmental Commitment
Wherever possible, we use carbon-neutral accredited courier services. In addition, the majority of our packaging materials are recycled to minimise environmental impact.
Delivery Options
Smaller Items: Delivered by trusted couriers such as DPD Local, Yodel, or Parcelforce. You’ll receive full tracking and delivery options. Local deliveries may be made via dedicated door-to-door services; if so, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable day.
Deliveries Within London: For larger items (value over £250) not suitable for standard couriers, we deliver to a room of your choice and to any floor (with clear access and a suitable lift for floors above the first). If no lift is available, please request a quotation.
Deliveries Outside London (UK Mainland): Large furniture and bulky items will be delivered to the ground-floor entrance where feasible. Some heavy/oversized items may be delivered kerbside by pallet or other methods.
Exclusions and Special Deliveries
Certain oversized or overweight products (e.g. some solid marble items) and very large or especially fragile goods are excluded from the free delivery offer and require specialised services at an additional charge.
Assembly Requirements
Some products require customer assembly for safe transport. A Professional Assembly service is available on request—this includes delivery on a specified day, installation to a room of your choice, assembly and removal of packaging. Please contact us for a quotation and to confirm service availability at your address.

Lead Times
Lead times are subject to variation. The times shown on our product pages are typical estimates for guidance only; actual timings may vary due to multiple factors.
We’re committed to dispatching your order as promptly as possible. You can contact us at any time for an update.
Delivery Timing
Stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 days of order. Many products have specific lead times, shown on their pages and varying by options (e.g. colour or size).
For items coming back into stock, we’ll notify you upon dispatch. Deliveries are Monday–Friday. We can hold orders free of charge for up to 60 days.
Preparing For Delivery
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please check that your item can pass through all access points and remove any breakables from walkways. Use floor protection where possible. Our couriers offer ground floor delivery only; if you require delivery beyond this, let us know in advance to avoid failed delivery and additional charges.
You’ll receive tracking details (if available) via email once your order is dispatched. Please make sure someone is available during the full delivery window. If no one is present, some couriers may leave the item in a safe place or leave a calling card.
Worldwide Delivery
Delivery costs for Rocco Vesta to countries outside the UK (including the EU and international destinations) are
not fixed and are calculated by quotation.
Key details regarding international delivery:
Quotation Basis: Shipping for overseas, outside UK mainland, and white-glove services is arranged on a case-by-case basis due to varying weights and sizes.
Import Taxes: If you live outside the UK, you may be liable to pay import taxes to your local government. Rocco Vesta does not include these charges in their shipping costs, and they are responsible for them.
EU Shipping Times: While costs are quoted, some items have estimated shipping times of 7–14 days to EU addresses.
Returns: Returns from the EU and Northern Ireland are not accepted due to the distance
Pickup (Coming Soon)
You may collect your order from our London warehouse during working hours (Mon–Fri). If you select Pickup, please contact us in advance so we can confirm when your item is ready. For very large items, we may request a specific collection time or arrange collection from a nearby warehouse.
Returns
Customised or made-to-order goods are generally non-returnable and non-cancellable. For other new and unused items, please notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return.
