When can I get my refund?
Your refund should appear up to 14 Working Days, but it can vary depending on your bank and the type of card you used.
I still haven't received my order and its been longer than the estimated lead time?
We will work hard with our manufacturers to reduce delivery times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as soon as we know ourselves. If you've been waiting longer than you should have, and you haven't heard from us, please contact us.
How can I Return my Product?
You can return your item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us and we will assist you with your return. For more information on our returns policy see here.
NOTE: You will need to disassemble your product and repackage it in order for our delivery partners to collect
How long will it take to get my Product?
You can find the most up-to-date tracking information for your order through ‘My Account’. Or you can use the track my order function.
I haven't received my item yet?
Our delivery partners should contact you within 5 working days of your order being dispatched. If it's been more than 5 days, please contact us and our customer service team will look into it for you.
When will my delivery arrive?
Once your order has dispatched, you'll receive an email with all the delivery details you need. The courier will also contact you to advise of the date and time.
How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel single item orders before dispatch by going into 'My Account' and 'My Orders'. If the cancel option is missing or your order has dispatched already, you can contact us and we can sort this out for you.
